7. Documentation and Agreement Requirement

Before using any publishing, editing, marketing, or related service, the Author (“Client”) must formally execute and acknowledge the following documents:

  • A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) ensuring confidentiality of shared material and intellectual property.
  • A Service Agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
  • A Formal Invoice reflecting the agreed plan and payment schedule.

7.2 Condition Precedent to Commencement of Work

No project shall begin until all documents are completed, reviewed, and acknowledged by the Client. Kingswell Press reserves the right to delay or suspend services pending documentation.

7.3 Record and Acknowledgment

Acceptance of the NDA, Service Agreement, and Invoice constitutes a legally binding understanding between the parties. All subsequent transactions will follow these terms.

7.4 Non-Compliance

Failure to complete documentation or acknowledgment will be deemed a refusal of service, allowing the Company to cancel the project without liability.
